As a key member of our Future Intelligence Lab, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neurotech pioneers, and climate modeling experts to develop predictive frameworks that redefine industries. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion-dollar decisions across healthcare, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology convergence (quantum AI, biotech, Web3.0) to identify 2026 market disruptors
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and climate-driven business risks
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational strategy
- Develop patent-pending predictive algorithms using proprietary trend datasets
- Author quarterly '2026 Horizon Briefs' for innovation boards and venture capital partners
- Oversee implementation of ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and foresight ethics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D at tech/innovation firms
- Proven experience with Delphi methodology, cross-impact matrices, and causal layered analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or top-tier tech publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year future-vision implementations
- Exceptional data visualization skills for complex trend analysis
