- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets
- Establish industry partnerships with Silicon Valley leaders and academic institutions
- Mentor a team of 8+ specialists in futuristic research methodologies
- Measure innovation impact through KPIs like market disruption potential and patent generation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategy leadership with 5+ in future-focused roles
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ years market horizon (e.g., 2023-2026)
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized AI systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar journals on 2025+ trends
