Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to drive R&D initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technologies with 2026+ impact
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot deployment, ensuring technical feasibility and market viability

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems) with 2026 market foresight
- Track record of launching disruptive products or services with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data into actionable plans
