- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic innovation plans to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption rates
- Monitor competitor advancements and regulatory shifts affecting future tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or product development leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strategic planning experience with 5+ year vision development
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing innovation budgets over $5M
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
