Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures with 10,000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop error-correction frameworks achieving >99.9% fidelity in quantum operations
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic processors)
- Create quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in building quantum systems with >50 qubit coherence
- Expertise in quantum error correction algorithms and fault-tolerant architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical hybrid computing paradigms
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
