- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities
- Drive prototyping and pilot programs for breakthrough concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies with ability to translate complex concepts
- Strategic planning experience with 3-5 year vision roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
