- Identify and assess disruptive trends affecting our industry verticals
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Mentor a team of 8-12 specialists in future-focused disciplines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record launching products/services with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Technology (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging technology domains
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across global markets
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., ICP) or equivalent
- Portfolio of successfully executed strategic initiatives
