Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation strategy across emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify and validate disruptive technologies through market research and competitive analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concept prototypes and MVPs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting future markets
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough technologies or products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across all levels
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking)
