Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, business, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and market analytics platforms
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
- Certification in Lean Startup or Design Thinking preferred
