Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech/biotech
- Proven track record in developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and foresight methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to secure multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
