Responsibilities

- Lead workshops and presentations to communicate future trends and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and executive teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and business strategies.
- Monitor and report on key indicators of change, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Build and maintain a network of experts and thought leaders in relevant fields.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Economics, or Technology) or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or a related field with a focus on future trends.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and synthesize insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic foresight methodologies.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, biotechnology, and quantum computing.
