Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-focused innovation roadmaps by analyzing emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize breakthrough opportunities
- Conduct scenario planning for global market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor competitor landscapes and disruptive startups
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or product development
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating to business strategy
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futures Studies (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio of successful innovation initiatives or published research
