- Present strategic recommendations to the board and C-suite with data-driven impact projections
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio, tracking ROI and adjusting strategies based on market feedback
- Foster enterprise-wide culture of experimentation through hackathons and innovation challenges
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate disruptive startups
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or future-tech planning
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan)
