- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech trends
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Present strategic frameworks to executive leadership and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
