- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct and oversee comprehensive technical audits to ensure website crawlability, indexability, and overall performance optimization.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement robust organic search strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on keyword ranking, traffic volume, and conversion rate optimization.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-value, SEO-optimized assets that engage users and satisfy search intent.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console; provide actionable insights and detailed monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Link Building: Spearhead a white-hat link building campaign to enhance domain authority and establish industry authority.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of significant organic growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and site architecture. Experience with schema markup and AMP is highly preferred.
- Tools Mastery: Expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are a plus.
