Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and societal trends to forecast 2026 market disruptions and opportunities
- Design and lead strategic innovation initiatives spanning AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Develop 3-year roadmaps for emerging technologies, aligning with UN SDGs and ESG principles
- Partner with product teams to translate future insights into scalable MVPs and commercial pilots
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Lead quarterly scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record delivering future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, bioengineering, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of geopolitical trends and their technological implications
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFMP) preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or successful innovation launches
