Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and articulate a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with long-term business goals and emerging technological trends.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Advanced Automation) to integrate into our core architecture.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level strategic vision into actionable, detailed product specifications for engineering and design teams.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into industry shifts to predict user needs and competitor movements through 2026 and beyond.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to secure buy-in for ambitious product initiatives.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead initiatives to transition legacy systems into the modern platforms required for the 2026 operational environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in product management, strategy, or technical architecture with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining product strategies for complex, scalable software solutions.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML integration, cloud infrastructure, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
