- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate emerging technologies into core business models
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Manage cross-functional teams executing pilot programs for 2026-ready technologies
- Monitor global regulatory shifts impacting emerging tech adoption and compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership within tech-forward organizations
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies and scenario planning
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor committees
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical implications of emerging innovations
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
