- Design hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks for real-world applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum algorithm optimization and security protocols
- Establish industry benchmarks for quantum computational advantage in enterprise environments
- Drive R&D initiatives for next-generation quantum materials and cooling systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant system design
- Deep knowledge of quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum hardware
- Track record of publishing peer-reviewed research in top-tier quantum computing journals
