Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and risk mitigation protocols
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists and publish thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Future Studies (10+ years experience)
- Proven track record in scaling technology initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with policy development for emerging technologies (e.g., EU AI Act, US Quantum Initiative)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred) and quantum simulation tools
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
