- Lead a cross-functional team of top-tier researchers, engineers, and ethicists to pioneer breakthrough technologies.
- Establish frameworks for AI governance and safety protocols in high-stakes environments.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate futuristic concepts into tangible product strategies.
- Conduct deep-dive research into neural architecture and next-gen machine learning paradigms.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or a related technical field.
- 15+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of leading teams through disruptive technological shifts and innovation cycles.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, and AGI concepts.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast long-term industry trends.
