- Produce quarterly horizon-scanning reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology or societal transformation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex change initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent program preferred
