Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and government agencies
- Develop patent-pending foresight methodologies using predictive analytics and computational modeling
- Author white papers that influence global policy on emerging technologies
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of futurists, data scientists, and behavioral economists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and probabilistic forecasting
- Published work on long-term technological impacts or societal transformation
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and network analysis tools
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or governmental bodies on future-proofing strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ large-scale futures projects with measurable impact
