Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and establish industry thought leadership through keynotes
- Quantify market readiness for emerging technologies using proprietary forecasting tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategy implementations
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis platforms (e.g., Trendalyzer, GPT-4 Enterprise)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier
