Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies, market disruptors, and paradigm shifts relevant to 2026 landscape
- Create predictive models and data-driven forecasts to inform long-term business strategy and investment decisions
- Architect innovation roadmaps with clear milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder alignment protocols
- Establish and maintain external partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership through compelling narratives and visual storytelling

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization skills with proficiency in strategic foresight tools
- Strong stakeholder management experience with ability to influence C-suite executives
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or strategic innovation (preferred)
