Responsibilities

- Lead innovation labs exploring AI ethics, biotech convergence, and quantum applications
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready features in core offerings
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive decision-making
- Curate external partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Host foresight workshops for cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technological shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record translating futures research into commercial outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and trend forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or innovation frameworks
