Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social indicators to map 2026+ landscape scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate emerging venture opportunities for our $500M innovation fund
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing methodologies
- Mentor emerging futurists through our internal academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complexity to stakeholders
