Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor network infrastructure, servers, and virtual environments to ensure 99.9% uptime and performance.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level hardware and software solutions across distributed remote teams.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, prioritizing ticket resolution and user satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce information security protocols, data privacy standards, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives and modernize legacy systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in systems administration, network engineering, or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred).
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a strong plus.
