- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 economic and workforce transformation
- Integrate sustainability and ESG principles into all future-scanning initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSO, WFS)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing strategies
- Portfolio of published futures research or trend analysis
