As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D labs, and global partners to anticipate disruptive trends and develop actionable roadmaps. You'll operate at the intersection of quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure – translating complex futures into competitive advantages.
Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum, AGI, neurotech) to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and trend briefings for executive audiences
- Design ethical governance frameworks for emerging tech adoption
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup ecosystems for acquisition/partnership
- Present futures insights at global conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption curves (with case studies)
- Expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology skills
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
