Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Experience with Delphi method, trend impact analysis, and weak signal detection
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state forecasts
