Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts for disruptive opportunities
- Create scenario-planning models for 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into business units
- Produce thought leadership publications on post-2026 industry trends
- Advise executive team on long-term innovation investments
- Build global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership on future technology/societal shifts
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate foresight into executable strategy
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
