Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and market research
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) into commercial roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers, conferences, and media engagements
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or corporate innovation with proven 3+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., AC/SCIP preferred)
- Track record of launching at least two market-defining products/services
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Experience scaling innovation programs across global markets
