Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Produce actionable whitepapers and executive briefings on future-state opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Represent FutureVision at top-tier conferences and thought leadership forums
- Quantify future market potential through data-driven modeling and forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate complex systems thinking
