Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for the 2026 platform.
- Lead the integration of quantum-assisted machine learning protocols into existing cloud infrastructure.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI model development, including data ingestion, training, and deployment.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Mentor a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of mathematical foundations, including linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
