Responsibilities

- Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, managing P&L for innovation portfolios exceeding $50M
- Develop and nurture C-level partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Champion agile methodologies to accelerate R&D cycles and reduce time-to-market by 40%
- Present strategic visions to the board and investor community, securing funding for moonshot projects
- Mentor innovation directors across global hubs, building a future-ready talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or C-suite leadership with proven $100M+ portfolio impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology)
- Track record of launching category-defining products with 7-figure ARR
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technical field (MBA preferred)
