Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Strategic Innovation Roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate next-gen technologies (quantum, AI ethics, sustainability) from concept to commercialization
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and disruptor startups to accelerate R&D pipelines
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and Board of Directors, translating complex innovation landscapes into actionable insights
- Champion a culture of experimentation through hackathons and innovation sprints
- Oversee $15M+ innovation budget allocation and resource optimization
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, technology leadership, or corporate R&D with proven 10+ year vision execution
- Deep expertise in emerging tech landscapes (quantum computing, generative AI, Web3.0) and their commercial applications
- Executive experience leading cross-functional teams of 50+ professionals across global operations
- Track record of launching products generating $50M+ revenue with 30%+ YoY growth
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or MBA from Tier 1 institution
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- PMP or similar certification with Agile/Scrum mastery
