Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry predictions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology visions to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Establish KPIs for measuring the impact of future-tech initiatives on business growth
- Partner with R&D teams to bridge theoretical concepts with practical applications
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and securing resource allocation
- Strong background in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
