Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging market opportunities and threats
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Author thought leadership papers on future tech trends and their societal impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Experience scaling innovation programs from concept to commercialization
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFCS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ scenario planning methodologies
