Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, distributed AI infrastructure designed for the 2026 compute landscape.
- Lead the research and deployment of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) with a focus on reasoning and agentic capabilities.
- Design and optimize neural network architectures for real-time processing on heterogeneous hardware (GPUs/TPUs/Edge).
- Establish rigorous standards for AI safety, transparency, and bias mitigation across all product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise software solutions.
- Drive the technical vision for MLOps pipelines and model versioning strategies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning research, software engineering, or applied AI.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or shipping high-scale production models.
- Familiarity with edge computing, cloud-native architectures, and MLOps pipelines.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
