Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or product management with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or market-first solutions
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CPSI, SCAMPER) preferred
