Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum projects from concept to launch
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (e.g., AI Act, quantum export controls)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFS or similar)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
