Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging technologies and trends relevant to the 2026 timeframe, such as AI evolution, quantum computing readiness, and advanced connectivity.
- Develop and maintain a detailed 2026 Technology Roadmap, outlining key milestones, resource allocation, and implementation timelines.
- Cross-functional leadership to integrate strategic technology plans with business operations, marketing, and product development.
- Assess risks associated with emerging tech adoption and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Partner with vendors and research institutions to pilot and validate futuristic technologies.
- Present complex technological concepts to non-technical stakeholders to drive buy-in for long-term initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Architecture, or Product Management within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and successfully implementing long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to pivot strategies based on market evolution.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MBA, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between engineering and executive leadership.
