Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for enterprise software evolution and R&D initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Identify high-impact opportunities for digital transformation and technical modernization.
- Translate complex business goals into actionable technical strategies.
- Present technical visions and roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in a Senior Engineering or Technical Leadership role within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions and managing large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term innovation and scalability.
