Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models focusing on generative AI and predictive analytics for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to drive innovation in natural language processing and computer vision.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage in future tech environments.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to integrate quantum computing concepts into classical machine learning pipelines.
- Mentor junior developers and define technical roadmaps for the R&D department.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Strong background in NLP, LLMs, or Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Experience designing cloud-native microservices architectures on AWS or Azure.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences or repositories.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
