- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present future-state roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic readiness and adoption of future technologies
- Collaborate with sustainability teams to align growth with ESG 2030 goals
- Author thought leadership publications on industry transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies with measurable ROI
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
