- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused initiatives into corporate strategy
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation ROI and long-term impact
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching transformative initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience building and leading high-performing cross-functional innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field required; MBA preferred
