Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, validating, and implementing breakthrough technologies and business models
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate industry shifts and emerging opportunities
- Drive digital transformation initiatives through agile methodologies and rapid prototyping cycles
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation projects, ensuring measurable ROI and market impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology pioneers
- Present strategic insights and progress to executive stakeholders and the board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology leadership with proven track record of scaling initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Innovation Management (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation projects
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Deep understanding of global market trends and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026+ technology adoption
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
