- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on quantum-entangled communication
- Present disruptive tech concepts to C-suite and VC partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for emerging tech incubation
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in applied futuristics
- Secure 3-5 patents annually in next-gen computing domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ patents in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum applications
- Expertise in neural-symbolic AI architectures
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Deep understanding of ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for tech
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
