Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead quantum computing and AI ethics research initiatives with top-tier academic partners
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks for carbon-negative operations
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and global tech consortiums
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of futurists, data scientists, and engineers
- Present technology strategies to investors and board members quarterly
- Monitor emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, biocomputing, etc.) for competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on disruptive tech
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ budgets
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, international)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and AI ethics frameworks
- Experience with climate tech impact assessment methodologies
